Concn. of Scheelite from low grade ores - consists of treatment of acidified silicate based on liquor and controlled foam activation

The process comprises treatment based on alkalinised pulp, with anionic scheelite activator collectors. Pref. acidified silicate is used to obtain medium and high grade product on the basis of the liquors and foam treatment. Measures are also taken to exclude activation of the liquors by ions of group II and III metals, etc.
