PURPOSE:To automate control over the carrying-out operation of a coke furnace completely by automatically controlling all operation processes that respective working machines perform by a radio guiding system. CONSTITUTION:A twisted couple type cable IR which provides data transmission is laid over all operation processes of respective working machines such as an extruding machine 1, coal truck, coke guide truck, and extinction truck 4. The starting terminal 5 of the cable is connected to the position detection part 7 of a central controller 6 for the respective working machines and its data transmission part 8. The extruding machine 1, coal truck 2, guide truck 3, and extinction truck 4 are each provided with a transmitter and receiver 14, which transmits and receives information and commands to and from a central control part 10 through an antenna 15, detecting the absolute positions of the extruding machine 1, coal truck 2, guide truck 3, and extinction truck 4 successively by a successive position detecting mechanism on an absolute detection system. |
