PURPOSE:To facilitate the injection of a sample into a sample injection part and to prevent the sample injection part from a damaging by sucking the sample and a diluent by using a flow passage switching means and also sucking the sample to a sample coil. CONSTITUTION:A needle 5 is inserted into a sample container 16 and a syringe 9 is driven for suction to suck the sample into the syringe 9 by a set amount. Then, a cross valve 8 is switched to a dotted-line flow passage, a solenoid valve 10 is opened, and the syringe 9 is driven to suck the diluent from a container 11 by a set amount. Then, the needle 5 is inserted into an empty container 17 to discharge the sucked diluent and sample and gaseous nitrogen is discharged from an air feed pipe 6 to stir and mix the diluent and sample. Then, a six-way valve 1 is switched to dotted flow passages to suck the sample by a set amount into the sample coil 4 and then switched to a solid-line flow passage, so that the sample is sent to a column 3 together with a moving phase fed from a pump 2. |
