PURPOSE:To carry out tape path forming operation and tape path eliminating operation stably without damaging a tape, by providing a mechanism for specifying the operation speed of a mechanism which forms a specific tape path in an adapter frame. CONSTITUTION:An abrupt rotation limiting mechanism 50 has an oil damper 52 at the lower part of the shaft 51 of an operating lever 45. The oil damper 52 is charged with silicone oil 53 and a disk 55 rotates against viscous resistance given by the silicone oil 53, so its rotating speed is limited to a slow speed. The operating lever 45 is fixed threadably by a screw 59 to fit in a socket part 45a of the tip oval column part 51a at the top of shaft 51, and further prevented by a stopper ring 60 from coming out to rotate together with the disk 55. Consequently, the operating lever 45 rotates slowly to limit its abrupt rotating operation. |
