PURPOSE:To improve the efficiency of magnetic recording and reproduction by connecting a main magnetic pole part made of a high magnetic permeability thin film sandwiched between nonmagnetic materials to a high magnetic permeability block. CONSTITUTION:A coil having a 1-2mm. sectional dameter 12 is provided near an end surface of the 1st high magnetic permeability block 21 made of ferrite, etc., where a medium comes into contact and the 2nd high magnetic permeability block 22 made of ferrite, etc., is adhered to the 1st block 21, but its sectional diameter 11 is less than the 12 and 0.3-0.8mm.. Further, a the main magnetic pole made of a high magnetic permeability thin film 2 is adhered close to the medium while coupling magnetically with the 2nd block 22. Recording wavelength is determined by the sectional diameters, but normally 0.5-2mum. |
