PURPOSE:To form easily a fried food without the shape collapse, by introducing a material for the fried food, e.g. minced cattle meat or fish meat or ground fish meat, into a confectionary coating, e.g. a piece of water for bean-jam-filled wafers, etc., coating the filled wafer with a paste prepared from a wheat flour in water, and frying the resultant material in oil. CONSTITUTION:A minced cattle meat or fish meat or ground fish meat 2 is introduced into a porous coating 1 of a baked confectionary, e.g. a piece of wafer for bean-jam-filled wafers, coated with a paste 3 prepared from wheat flour and water, and then fried in oil to give a TEMPURA or smeared with a bread crumb and fried to give a fry, etc. for eating. Thus, a very thin fried food or fried foods of various shapes can be produced in large amounts. |
