发明名称 NATURAL HEALTH MISO SOUP
摘要 PURPOSE:To prepare an alkaline MISO soup containing much ingredients, rich in nutriments, and suitable for automatic vending machines, by mixing a natural brewed MISO with a broth of a natural dried sea tangle, dried SHIITAKE mushroom and sardine. CONSTITUTION:A dried sardine of good quality is shaved roughly and boiled in water with the head and internal bones for a long time to dissolve most of the components into the resultant broth. A dried thick sea tangle from HOKKAIDO is dipped in water in an amount of 20 times of that of the sea tangle for 10hr, and a thick dried SHIITAKE mushroom produced from HONSHU in the winter is dipped in water in an amount of 30 times of that of the SHIITAKE mushroom respectively for 10hr. In this case, the water to be used is a natural underground water containing a very small amount of mineral groups. The sea tangle and the SHIITAKE mushroom are taken out of the water and cut respectively to 1cm-square pieces. The resultant dips are then mixed with the broth of the dried sardine, and the cut sea tangle and SHIITAKE mushroom are added thereto. The resultant mixture is then boiled under heating, and a natural brewed MISO prepared by removing the harshness and a finely cut honewort are added to give a finished product.
