PURPOSE:To obtain a sinusoidal wave which has no distortion in a small circuit by connecting a transistor in series with the primary coil of a transformer and suitably controlling the transistor. CONSTITUTION:A transistor 14 is connected in series with the primary coil of a transformer 11, and a capacitor 17 and a resistor 18 are connected parallel to the secondary coil. The transistor 14 is controlled ON or OFF through a resistor 15 by a control circuit 16. The base current of a transistor 16 is controlled so as to become IBhFE<IC at the initial and end and IBhFE>=IC at the middle in the control circuit 16 at the ON control time where the base current of the transistor 14 is represented by IB, the collector current when the transistor 14 is completely ON is represented by IC and the current amplification factor is represented by hFE. |
