PURPOSE:To prepare an inexpensive and easily cookable health food, by introducing a packaged food of dried bean curd refuse and a packaged food of chicken paste, etc. in the same pouch to make them storable in a frozen state. CONSTITUTION:A bean curd refuse produced in a process for preparing a bean curd refuse is dried to give a granular or powdery dried bean curd refuse, which is then sealed and packaged. A powdery seasoning is added if necessary to season the granular or powdery dried bean curd refuse or a dried vegetable, e.g. a dried SHIITAKE mushroom or dried carrot, is mixed therewith. On the other hand, bones of a domestic fowl having little chicken are pulverized into ultrafine particles by a micropulverizer to form a chicken paste, or minced beef or pork is vacuum packed and combined with the packaged food of the dried bean curd refuse to give an instant frozen food. In cooking, a small amount of water is added to mix both and form a minced meat croquette, which may be fried in oil. |
