PURPOSE:To enable arbitrary setting of a feed liquid ratio and to enable the stable feed of liquid, by a method wherein plural tubes are placed in juxtaposition in the direction of the effective width of a vermicular motion mechanism formed such that an effective length is changed in the direction of an effective width extended at right angles with the effective length of the tube forced press part of plural vermicular motion type finger members. CONSTITUTION:In a vermicular motion mechanism 14, two or more tubes with same size as each other are positioned in parallel so as to have width (w) extending at right angles with an effective length l1 of a tube 10 forced press part. Besides, plural vermicular motion type finger members 12 changes an effective length in a way that the thickness of the tube 10 forced press part is continuously and steppedly changed in the direction of the effective width (w). The vermicular motion mechanism 13 is formed such that the effective length is changed in the direction of the width (w) extended at right angles with the effective length l1 of the tube 10 forced press part of the plural vermicular motion type finger members 12, and the plural tubes 10 are aligned in juxtaposition in the direction of the width (w) of the vermicular motion mechanism 14. This constitution enables execution of synchronous driving, specifying of a feed liquid ratio, and achievement of the constantly stable feed of liquid.
