<p>4-0-RNH-CO-(CH2)3-dienestrol and hexestrol derivs (stilbene derivs.), radioactively marked with iodine 125 or iodine 131, and having formula (I) are new cpds. In (I), A and B are both H or together form a double bond and R is the residue of an aminoacid R-NH2 or its deriv., which has an iodine accepting gp. and is marked with iodine 125 or iodine 131. Pref. the amino acid is hestidine, tyrosine, hestamine, tyramine or methyl tyrosinate. (I) is used in radioimmunological determn. of dienestrol, hexestrol and diethylstilbestrol in body fluids (bile, urine, faeces, plasma) and tissues and in human and animal feedstuffs. Cpds. (III) are intermediate for prepn. of the antigens (VII). The antigens (VII) are used to produce the corresp. antibodies.</p> |
