<p>The advertising or publicity system includes use of a boat which tows a chain of floats, each of which carries a display. The floats are fastened closely together, and each includes an upright display panel on the base which gives buoyancy. By appropriate combination of floats, a required message may be displayed to people watching from the beach. The advertisement may be used at night, if a light is provided to illuminate the display panels. Each panel is connected to its neighbours both by a cord or chain, and by an electrical connection to take power to lights.</p> |
