PURPOSE:To adjust the concentration of a raw laver stock easily and with a high accuracy, by means of a closed black box containing a projector and a receptor provided at the outlet side of a preparation tank and an indicating meter of the deviation value method. CONSTITUTION:A minced raw laver is introduced from an injection pipe 18 into a preparation tank 13, and water is suitably injected from a water injection pipe 19 into the preparation tank 13. Agitating blades 20 are driven to dilute a raw laver stock 17 to a uniform concentration, and the raw laver stock 17 is delivered from an outlet pipe 14 into a black box 3. The raw laver stock 17 agitated uniformly by an agitating plate 16 in the black box 3 is passed through a gap between a projector 2 and a receptor 1 provided in the black box 3 and then through a connecting pipe 15 to the next step. A constant voltage is applied to light the projector 2, and a transparent pipe 4 packed with a transparent synthetic resin forms a lens of semicircular cross section, which collects and projects the light onto the receptor 1. The receptor 1 and the projector 2 are closed in the black box 3, and the sensing can be carried out with a high accuracy. The concentration sensed by the projector 2 and the receptor 1 is indicated by an indicating meter 33 of the deviation value method in a controller 25. |
