PURPOSE:To improve the efficiency of operation and reduce the waste of energy by a method wherein the increase of temperature of the insulation gas in the upper and lower tanks is kept at small as possible, so as to allow the insulation gas to flow from the upper tank down to the lower tank. CONSTITUTION:The insulation gas from a blower 401 is first carried to the upper tank 1, and gathers in the lower part of the lower tank 2 after passing through each module 5, next flows into a cooler 3 and is cooled, and again returns to the blower 401. In this case, the insulation gas takes heat away and increases in temperature at the time of passage through each module 5, and is influenced by the temperature of the tank wall of the lower tank 2, while passing through each module 5. |
