PURPOSE:To enable efficient taking in of vibration data, by a method wherein, in case the number of revolutions of a rotary object reaches a set value, an interrupting signal for taking in a vibration data is generated, and through the reception of the signal, the vibration data is taken in from an A/D converter to store it in a given memory region. CONSTITUTION:Detectors 7, 7 for the number of revolutions store the set number of revolutions transferred from a computer 6, the number of revolutions of a rotary object is detected by means of rotary pulses from a built-in oscillator and the rotary object, and when such number of revolutions reaches a set value, an interrupting signal is generated in the computer 6. The detectors also have a function to decide an accelerating or a decelerating operation, and when accelerated or decelerated, an error interrupting signal is transmitted to the computer 6. This permits the detector 7 for the number of revolutions to inform of the moment, when the rotary object is brought to the set number of revolutions, through transmission of the interrupting signal to the computer 6. As a result, in case a number of the rotary objects are operated simultaneously, data on the desired number of revolutions of each rotary object can be taken in efficiently. |
