PURPOSE:To attain the regulation of air-to-ground of international automatic instantaneous transmission, by registrating a transmission dial in a secret code from a subscriber telephone set, and permitting an international transmission only when the code is included in the transmission dial number. CONSTITUTION:When a subscriber hooks up a handset, a central controller CC reads out transmission data (LNTLR) of accommodated subscribers, and when the CC discriminates that the international automatic instantaneous air-to-ground regulation display is set, a TEL and a transmission register trunk ORT are connected. To registrate an international air-to-ground code, a specific number (e.g., #133) representing it from the TEL, a specific pass word number depending on subscribers on service, country code, and area code are dialed. The CC stores the regulation air-to-ground code in the LNTLR from the dial number train. When the subscriber on service makes an international call and the said regulated air-to-ground code is included in the dial number, the international call is permitted. In releasing the regulated air-to-ground code, a specific number representing the release of code is used. |
