PURPOSE:To electrochemically prevent corrosion and improve corrosion resistance, by forming a coating layer to the surface of a welded metal in a blade in which a shield member is mounted through the welded metal to a cut part formed to an inlet end part of the blade. CONSTITUTION:A cut part 2 is formed to the inlet end part of an accurately machined blade 1 of 12Cr steel or the like, and a shield member 3 is mounted to this cut part 2 to restore a shape of the blade 1. Then the member 3 consists of, for instance, satellite with excellent wear resistance and is successively provided to the blade 1 through a welded metal 4 in which an inconel used as a fritting agent at welding is solidified. A film state coating layer 5 is formed to a surface of this metal 4. This layer 5 is formed by plasma flame spraying, for instance, nickel bronze and firmly welded partly to each member 1, 3, 4. In this way, corrosion is electrochemically prevented and corrosion resistance can be improved. |
