The device fixes to the rear of a small boat (1) a pair of wheels (7) used to move it over firm ground. When out of use, the wheels can be lifted up so as not to interfere with the boat. The rear boar boarding (2) is removable and supports an engine (3). A vertical part (5) of U-section is pierced at its ends with two slots. Half way along the U section is a hole for a pivot for a tube (6) of square section, at the free end of which the wheel is fitted.
