A description is given of a control plate assembly for a slide valve, in particular for the sanitary sector, in which the contact surface of at least one control plate is provided with a macro- structure. This macrostructure comprises a multiplicity of small recesses which are separated from one another by a network of narrow webs. The adhesion and frictional forces which have to be overcome when displacing the two control plates against one another are thereby considerably reduced. In addition, the pockets which are formed by the recesses between the two adjacent control plates form grease reservoirs which ensure grease lubrication for a long time. After the grease supply is exhausted, the recesses, which partially fill with water, facilitate a very effective water lubrication of the narrow webs. In this way, the ease of movement of the two adjacent control plates is permanently maintained. The proposed macro structure furthermore has a favourable effect on the noise behaviour of the overall slide valve containing the control plate assembly. <IMAGE> |
