PURPOSE:To control titled distributions adequately by specifying the selection of top bunkers and turning directions of a swiveling chute which are determined according to the assigned patterns of ore/coke distributions in charging raw materials. CONSTITUTION:The forms of the ore/coke (O/C) distributions of the charge layers in the circumferential direction in an actual blast furnace are beforehand classified to a number of patterns by top bunkers 1, 2 and in relation to the swiveling directions of a swiveling chute 4. In which pattern the next charge is to be executed is determined according to the O/C distribution state in the charge layers of the actual furnace inside. Upon said determination, the bunkers 1, 2 and the swiveling direction (forward or backward) of the chute 4 corresponding to said patterns are selected, and the materials are charged. |
