PURPOSE:To obtain the surface with excellent strength and visual appearance without employing expensive skin material by a structure wherein a rigid expanded body is provided on the under surface of a base material such as corrugated cardboard or the like and flocking is performed on the surface of the rigid expanded body. CONSTITUTION:The base material 1 consists of corrugated cardboard comprising in pinching corrugated reinforced core material 3 with liners 2 and 2'. A pad 5 formed of rigid expanded polyurethane is attached to the under surface of the base material 1 with hot-melt type bonding material 4. The flocking 8 is performed on the surface of the pad 5. In such a manner as described above, the surface having the quality of visual appearance same as that of polyvinyl chloride leathercloth, tricot or the like can be obtained without employing them and yet the surface can be made to have excellence in strength. |
