Method and devices for producing, preparing and fitting coil sets for stators of electrical machines

A working method and a device are described for producing and preparing coils, which are cohesive in sets, for switching-free installation into stators of electrical machines. The coil sets are wound on winding templates (33, 33.1), which are pushed in a diametrically opposite manner onto supporting rods (35) of a reel arm (7), which is driven by means of a central drive shaft (5), and can be replaced by means of a template changer (10). The latter is movable and has an end bearing (8) for the drive shaft (5) of the reel, the individual position of the coils in the set being secured by means of coil combs before their removal from the templates (33, 33.1). The coil set is bent on the shoulder of the coil heads, is matched in a forming and adjustment device, and is then drawn into the stator by means of drawing-in strip tongues, the coil combs remaining in the coils. <IMAGE>
