PURPOSE:To reduce chip area by connecting a transistor (TR) which is driven by a control signal inputted from a CMOS circuit to complementarily connected TRs and leading an output from between the complementarily connected TRs. CONSTITUTION:The control signal inputted from the CMOS circuit is impressed to a terminal C and when it is ''1'', TRs T23 and T27 are off and a TRT25 is on to output ''0'' to an outut terminal B without reference to an input to a terminal A. When the control signal is ''0'', the TTL level of an external signal is converted to a CMOS level and then outputted. Since the external signal has the TTL level, complete conduction does not occur, but no TR is present between the output terminal and ground, so channel width is narrowed down as compared with that when another TR is present, reducing the area. |
