PURPOSE:To prevent ineffective calling to a radio channel and an exchange, by indicating the rejection of the origination of a subscriber who defaults in paying the telephone charges and to whom a decision on the stopping of origination is made from the exchange to the telephone set, and inhibiting the origination. CONSTITUTION:When the originating function of a radio telephone set 1 is stopped, a person in charge of maintenance on an exchange side inputs a command for altering the contents of a storage device 8 wherein the kinds of service to subscribers are recorded from a TTY9. Then, when an originating call from the telephone set 1 is made, the exchange transmits an origination rejection signal containing an origination stopping indication to the telephone set 1. The telephone set 1 receives and stores this signal and then sends a confirmation signal for the storage to the exchange. According to the storage contents of the stored device in the telephone set 1, the origination from the telephone set 1 is inhibited. Further, a specific signal is sent from the exchange to release the origination stopping of the telephone set 1. |
