PURPOSE:To provide constant voltage output from initial stage of use to required final capacity by directly setting a semiconductor stabilized power source circuit in a battery element parts and forming a battery having constant voltage function by assembling these parts. CONSTITUTION:A semiconductor stabilized circuit IC6 is formed with an input pad 6A, an output portion 6B, an output pad 6C, a comparator 6D, a reference voltage generator 6E, an earth pad 6F, and an output voltage setting portion 6G. The input pad 6A is connected electrically to an current collecting electrode layer 7A by wire bonding. A substrate 7 is formed with a current collecting layer 7A, an insulating substrate 7B, a discharge electrode layer 7C, a substrate output pad 7D, a through hole 7E, and a substrate earth pad 7F. After assembling 6A-6G, and 7A-7F, and an earth pin 10, IC6, the substrate output pad 7D, the substrate earth pad 7F, and the earth pin 10 are bonded by molding and insulated with insulating mold in a minimum area and volume. |
