PURPOSE:To improve the durability at high speed and the friction-resistance at rolling by the predetermined amounts of styrenebutadiene copolymer-anion and the diverging copolymer-rubber made from halogenated tin compound added to base rubber in the tyre with the tread of double piled layer-construction. CONSTITUTION:By the coupling reaction between styrenebutadiene copolymer- anion and halogenated tin compound, diverging styrenebutadiene copolymer- rubber is made. In this copolymer-rubber, binding styrene content of 3-15wt% and vinyl binding content of 30-50wt% in butadiene binding are specially determined. Then, this diverging styrenebutadiene copolymer-rubber of above 15pts.wt. is added to the base rubber of 100pts.wt. The properties for exothermic reaction and fracture resistance are improved and the durability at high speed and the friction-resistance at rolling are increased by such diverging polymer- content. |
