<p>A Doppler radar area monitor wherein the oscillator forms at the same time the detector. It contains a field effect transistor, in the source and drain circuit of which a circuit element has been connected by means of a filter for picking off Doppler frequency signals. In this way a particularly simple, cost-effective, compact, light and highly reliable device can be produced.</p> |
