A concrete building element is described, in which heating ducts for the building heating can be integrated without the formation of cracks being able to occur due to inevitable temperature fluctuations. The concrete building element furthermore has an excellent heat-storage capacity. In a preferred embodiment according to Fig. 1, the concrete building element is designed as a hollow slab of concrete (1) with cavities (3). Situated between the cavities (3) and the boundary face (2a) facing the room to be heated is a layer of a concrete (4) which contains foamed-plastic particles (5) and in which the heating ducts (6) are embedded. The foamed plastic gives the concrete excellent elasticity, which can be further increased by adding conventional foaming agents. <IMAGE>
