A series of 61 title compds. was prepd. and tested as fungicides. Thus, 0.1 mol H2NCSNH2 was heated to 130-140≦̸C with careful temp. control (sudden exotherm)and the mixt. heated l hr at 130-140≦̸C after th onset of reaction to give 81% MeSC(:NH)NH2HOP(O)MOMe. Also prepd. were, e.g., ≮(C12-H25NH)(MeNH)C(SMe)≉+≮MeOP(0)HO-≉ and ≮(C10H21NH)(H2N)C(SMe)≉+≮MeOP(0)HO-≉.
