PURPOSE:To prevent an user whose inquires the execution result of a job by an electronic computer from making a fruitless visit, by informing the user of it by voice from a communication controller through a telephone circuit. CONSTITUTION:When an operator handless data processing regarding jobs of users A, B and C, the name and telephone number of a user whose inquires of the job execution result are entered in a control card of input data. The control program of a computer 1-L sends the telephone number of the user and the job result to a communication controller 6 on the job end of the user to request its information. The controller 6 sends the telephone number to a network controller 11 through an automatic calling adapter 8, and the controller 11 sends the telephone number onto a circuit. Once connection with the subscriber is detected, the controller 6 reads a message, specified by a computer, out of a voice information storage memory and then sends it to a voice adapter 9. The adapter 9 converts the voice information into voice, which is sent onto the telephone circuit through the controller 11. |
