PURPOSE:To obtain the incinerator, which improves the combustion efficiency of waste while fuel cost thereof is reduced, by a method wherein an inner cylinder, a side section thereof is provided with an outer cylinder, a section in the vicinity of an inlet thereof a burner and an inner surface thereof a blade respectively and which is turned, is used, waste is dipped up by the blade, and scattered onto a combustion flame and waste is incinerated. CONSTITUTION:The rotary incinerator 15 is a hollow revolution body, one end thereof is provided with the inlet 16 for night soil 6 and the other end thereof is an exhaust-gas discharge port 18, a side section is formed in the double cylinders of the inner cylinder 19 and the outer cylinder 20, and a clearance between both cylinders is filled with a heat insulating material 21 such as a glass wool board. A large number row of the blades 29 dipping up night soil 6 are formed at mutually displaced positions in projecting shape onto the inner surface of the incinerator 15. The horizontal sections of the blades 29 take V-shaped form, the angle of opening theta of the blades 29 extend over approximately 30-90 deg., and the incinerator 15 is turned in the A direction that the blades 29 are opened. A deodorizing furnace 32 to which the secondary burner 31 is set up and made horizontal to the discharge port 18 of the incinerator 15 is installed continuously to the discharge port 18. The combustion flame of the secondary burner 31 is blown into the deodorizing furnace 32 together with secondary air, foul-smelling components in exhaust gas are burnt, and odorless exhaust gas passes through a dust collector 40 and is discharged from a chimney 34. |
