PURPOSE:To make it easy to resolve injected oxygen in condensed water, to control the density of the resolved oxygen easily and to inhibit the generation of a corrosive product by a method wherein the space in an outer casing is divided into two parts vertically and the lower space is so formed that it is not effected by a vacuum forming device. CONSTITUTION:Vapor entering from a recovering port 52a is cooled and liquefied to become condensed water as a result of its contact with a cooling pipe 54. The condensed water flows down on a partition plate 53, then on a bottom plate 52f from an opening 53a, flows through passages formed by regulating plates 56, 57 and 58 in a zigzag fashion and flows out into a discharge pipe 10 through a flowout port 52g of the outer casing 52. Then oxygen is supplied into the condensed water from an oxygen supply device 61. In this case, the clearance between a partition plate 53 and the condensed water is kept airtight so that the condensed water is never sucked by a vacuump pump 59. Further, the degree of opening of a flow rate adjust valve 63 is adjusted by detecting signals from a pressure meter and a level gauge 69 to thereby adjust the quantity of supply oxygen. |
