PURPOSE:To simplify the structure, and to reduce the number of man-hour of manufacture by a method wherein a supporting insulator enabled to support a low voltage and a high voltage windings in the insulated condition from yokes, cores and shieldings is provided, and moreover lead wires are supported by the insulator thereof. CONSTITUTION:The supporting insulator 20 is rolled in the gaps between wound metal foil 2 constituting the low voltage winding 4 and the high voltage winding 5. The supporting insulator 20 thereof is the plate type member curved along the winding direction of metal foil 2, and is fixed in one body to the foil type winding according to tightening force generated at the winding time of metal foil 2 and an insulating sheet 3, and moreover the lower edge part of the supporting insulator 20 is supported by the structural material of the transformer. Moreover by forming the supporting part 21 of the insulated lead wires 30 led out from the low voltage and high voltage windings 4, 5 on the supporting insulator 20 thereof, the supporting member for exclusive use of the lead wires 30 provided on a tank 13 or clamp, etc., becomes to needless. Accordingly, by constituting the transformer in this way, structure is simplified, and the number of man-hour of manufacture can be reduced. |
