The invention relates to an electronic flush-mounted switch for installation in a flush-mounted socket having a supporting plate (1) and a housing (2) in which a phase-gating controller is arranged as a power adjuster (3). Furthermore, the switch has a cover (17) for the supporting plate (1), an actuator (8) and a radio-suppression inductor (9). In order to achieve the object of being able to dissipate heat produced in the radio-suppression inductor (9) better to the environment, and hence to increase the load capacity of the flush-mounted switch, it is proposed according to the invention that the radio-suppression inductor (9) be arranged in front of the supporting plate (1). <IMAGE>
