PURPOSE:To improve the insulating property between positive and negative electrode cans, by providing a metal layer having the insulating property at a part of the positive electrode can. CONSTITUTION:Positive and negative electrode cans 8 and 7 are prevented from being short-circuited even when an insulating coat 7d is damaged by providing an insulating metal layer 8c at a part on the inner surface of the upper flat section 8a of the positive electrode can 8 and on the internal surface of a cylindrical section 8b. This insulating metal layer 8c is provided with a triiron tetraoxide by treating a part of the positive electrode can 8 using triiron tetraoxide (Fe304) or with a chrome oxide (CrO) formed by the black chrome plating. Besides, any metal with good electrolysis-proofness and insulating property can be applied as the insulating metal layer. |
