PURPOSE:To give an allowance to holding a step-in on a pedal, by a method wherein a liquid pressure control valve which is opened when pressurizing by a master cylinder and reduces the liquid pressure on the brake unit side with a delay at the time of decompression is provided in aline between a master cylinder and a brake unit. CONSTITUTION:The master cylinder 3 is connected to front and rear brakes 5, 6 through a liquid pressure control valve 4 which controls the reduction in the liquid pressure supplied to the rear brakes 6. Further, another liquid pressure control valve 7 which opens a passage to supply the liquid pressure to each of the brakes 5, 6 when pressurizing by the master cylinder 3 and reduces the liquid pressure on the side of the brakes 5, 6 when decompressing by the master cylinder 3 is provided between the master cylinder 3 and the valve 4. With the valve 7, the pressure of the brake fluid is maintained to be constant even when the step-in on the brake pedal 1 is slackened to some extent. |
