METHOD AND DEVICE FOR CONTROLLING A MAGNITUDE AND APPLICATION THEREOF

The method and device are intended particularly for controlling the flow rates of granular or fluid materials (cereals or water) in a cereal mill. In order to control a regulating member a fluidic pressure driving device (5', V') is provided. The deviation measured by a comparator (1') is supplied to a discriminator (10) which generates a first discrimination signal (+UF, -UF) when said deviation reaches a first (lower) or a second (upper) threshold value. Said threshold values are comprised within a range of small deviations fixed around the zero. Within this range of small deviations, the pressure driving device (5') is supplied with micro-variations of pressure (rapid pressure variations with small peak values) of which the inversion points depend on both threshold values. A control input of the driving device (5') is assigned to the discriminator intended to generate the first discrimination signal.
