PURPOSE:To prevent thermal deformation, to resist thermal stress and to stabilize combustion by constituting a combustion section by two curved wall surfaces in order to determine the direction so as to be curved in the predetermined direction at heat cycles in case of cold and in case of hot and respectively combining the two wall surfaces of a red heat section and a non-red heat section through different methods. CONSTITUTION:An inner combustion wall 16 and an outer combution wall 17 are screwed 32 in the lower sections of an inner combustion side section 31 and an outer combustion side section 19, and fixed within a range that they can be moved due to thermal expansion in case of combustion by tacks 33, washers 34 and pins 35 in the upper sections of both side sections 31, 19. The inner and outer combustion walls 16, 17 are fitted to a gas supply body 30 and the gas supply body 30 is fixed by a fitting 36, and the generation of a clearance having an effect on combustion between the gas supply body 30 and both the inner combustion wall 16 and the outer combustion wall 17 is prevented. A raw gas ejected to the combustion section 18 from a gas jet hole 51 on combustion is mixed with existing air, rises in the combustion section 18 and reaches the lower stage of the intermediate holes 41 of a red-heat combustion section 42, is ignited by a flame of an ignition burner, and is diffused and burnt. The raw gas is burnt, and pre-mixed air is introduced from small holes 38 and small holes 39 and air for air- hole combustion from small holes 40 while air generating diffusion and combustion to some extent in the combustion section 18 is supplied. With the intermediate holes 41, an incomplete combustion gas is generated in the combustion section 18, and the red-heat combustion section 42 is red-heated while the gas is burnt completely. |
