摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain the combustion apparatus, in which liquid fuel is discharged continuously even when a small quantity of fuel is required, while fuel is discharged forcibly when a large quantity of fuel are required and the quantity of fuel supplied can be adjusted largely, by reducing the sectional area of the nose of a feed pipe for supplying a diffusion body with liquid fuel. CONSTITUTION:When kerosene supplied through an oil feeding pipe is sprinkled over the diffusion body 5, kerosene is scattered onto the inner surface of a cup 4 by its revolution, is subject to the heat of the cup 4 heated from an outer surface and is gasified, reaches a gas chamber 8 together with air blown in from a blast cylinder 13, is ejected from a jet hole 7a, and is burnt in a wall material 6. When a large quantity of liquid fuel is supplied, fuel is discarged forcibly from an outlet 14a by the pressure of a pump, and reaches the diffusion body 5 while it does not drop as seen in conventional devices and is discharged continuously because the nose is throttled up to a small diameter even when fuel is reduced up to 0.5l per hr. Accordingly, even when a small quantity of fuel is supplied, the supply of fuel is not interrupted as seen in conventional devices because fuel is supplied continuously to the diffusion body 5, fuel is gasified continuously, and can be burnt uninterruptedly.
