PURPOSE:To unite as one body front and rear vehicle bodies and enable to operate stably when operating a backhoe, by locking the oscillation between the front vehicle body and the rear vehicle body as required. CONSTITUTION:When a rod 26 is stretched by supplying a hydraulic pressure into a hydraulic cylinder 23, a push rod 22 is moved forwards while compressing a return spring 27. The push rod 22 slides a lock pin 19 forwards through a buffer spring 30, so that the tip of the pin 19 protrudes from a slide guide 18 and is engaged to an engaging hole 34, whereby a rear frame 16 on the rear vehicle body 3 side and an oscillating pin 13 on the front vehicle body 1 side are locked to each other, and are so held as not to be oscillated. When the hydraulic pressure in the cylinder 23 is released, the push rod 22 is pushed back by the force of the return spring 27, the lock pin 19 is disengaged from the hole 34 by being drawn back through a connecting pin 32, so that the oscillating is again permitted to occur. |
