PURPOSE:To reduce the surface electric resistance of a magnetic layer by forming an undercoat layer contg. a carbon black on a substrate and forming the magnetic layer using carbon black and a specified resin on the undercoat layer. CONSTITUTION:A resin layer contg. dispersed carbon black as an undercoat layer is formed on a substrate such as a polyester film, and a magnetic coating contg. magnetic powder, a resin binder contg. an acrylonitrilebutadiene copolymer, carbon black, an org. solvent and other additives is applied by spraying, roll coating or other method to form a magnetic layer. |
