PURPOSE:To obtain the film of high quality and free from an unevenness, by attaching a second electrode to the side contrary to the side where a wire electrode faces to a cooling drum and loading a voltage at the same time, contacting the film like molten polymer to the drum, cooling it and preventing the sticking of a sublimate to the electrode. CONSTITUTION:In the method wherein a film or a sheet is manufactured by providing a film like polymer 5 with a static charge by a wire electrode 3 and contacting it to a cooling drum 2 when the film like molten polymer 5 extruded from a die 1 is cooled on the cooling drum 2 and solidified, a second electrode 4 is further attached, approaching to the wire electrode 3, to the side contrary to the side where the wire electrode 3 faces to the cooling drum 2. By making the second electrode 4 and the wire electrode 3 the same pole and loading a voltage at the same time the purpose film or sheet is obtained. |
