PURPOSE:To facilitate the work for carrying loads in or out of a warehouse by making a head pad installed between a pair of side pads stretchable and making both the side pads movable to come close to or go apart from each other, thereby setting the spacing between both side pads to a desired value. CONSTITUTION:A damper 10 is mounted on a wall 14 of a warehouse door 12. The damper 10 contains a pair of side pads 16 and a head pad 18 which is disposed between both of the side pads 16 and laid along the upper rim of a door 12. Said head ped 18 is a bellows-like structure and stretchable in the longitudinal direction while both of said side pads 16 are capable of being moved in the approaching and detaching directions. According to the width of a vehicle 32 and of the opening of its container, the distance between both side pads 16 may be set large as long as the sealing performance between the door 12 and the opening of the container will not be reduced, hence improving the efficiency of sending-in and -out of loads. |
