PURPOSE:To shorten a time required for incorporating wires and to prevent the breakdown of a main guide by a constitution wherein a guide for lining up the wires is provided just before the main guide located at the end of an electromagnetically-driven wire dot printer. CONSTITUTION:A main guide 5 is a guide for lining up the ends of print wires 1 at necessary positions, and a guide plate 6 is provided for preventing the lateral vibrations of the print wires 1 when they operate. In the lower half of a guide 9, semi-circular grooves in the same number and at the same pitch with those of the main guide are formed along the bending of the print wires from the side of the main guide 5 toward the opposite end, while the upper half thereof is made in a form enabling the engagement with the fixing groove 7a of a frame 7 so as to prevent the slippage thereof in the longitudinal direction when it is fitted to the frame 7. |
