PURPOSE:To provide a stator being excellent in water-resisting and radiation- resisting property, by a method wherein polyester resin laminated plate on base substance of glass cloth is used in a cylinder can, and a casting compound of high thermal conductivity is used in a mold substance. CONSTITUTION:A stator coil 2 is installed to a stator 1, and cylinder cans 7, 8 made of polyester resin laminated plate on base substance of glass cloth are inserted in inner diameter and outer diameter of the stator coil 2. A mold substance 10 made of a casting compound of high thermal conductivity, for example, modified epoxy resin incorporated with a filler of high thermal conductivity is filled between the cylinder cans 7, 8. End portions of the cylinder cans 7, 8 are adhered by a can cover 9 of the same resin laminated plate as that of the cylinder cans 7, 8. In this constitution, good adhesion is effected between the polyester resin laminated plate on base substance of glass cloth and the casting compound of high thermal conductivity, thereby stress corrosion in water subjected to radiation does not occur. |
