PURPOSE:To simplify the constitution and to minimize the size by dividing detected information into two detectors through two propagation paths, and alternately detecting bubble information in such a way that one detector is kept as a dummy while the other detector is used for information detection. CONSTITUTION:Bubble information sent from a propagation path 8 is divided to propagation paths 10 and 11 on every other bit by a divider 9 and sent to each detector 12 and 13. When the length of the propagation paths 10 and 11 is equally set, information is alternately detected by the two detectors 12 and 13 and outputted through a sense amplifier 16, bacause when one detector has information to be detected the other detector has no information and is kept as a dummy. Therefore, only one sense amplifier is required and the constitution becomes simple. Thus an inexpensive sense system is realized. |
