IMMUNOLOGICAL SENSOR AND ITS PREPARATION

PURPOSE:To obtain an immunological sensor easy to prepare and easy to regenerate as compared with a conventional sensor prepared by a covalent bond immobilizing method, by providing a liquid membrane containing the receptor to a immunity substance at least to the gate of FET. CONSTITUTION:An appropriate antibody corresponding to a measuring object is selected as the receptor of an immunity substance and simple lipid such as triglyceride or conjugated lipid such as phospholipid (both of which have an amino group) is covanlently bonded to the receptor to prepare a polysome made lipid-phile and FET is immersed in said polysome to be dried in air. By this constitution, the receptor to the immunity substance such as an antigen or antibody can be immobilized in a lipid membrane form and an immunological sensor having the same capacity can be repeatedly prepared with good reproducibility.
