Perfluoropolyethers comprising, in addition to -CF<Sub>2</Sub>-and -C<Sub>2</Sub>F<Sub>4</Sub> units, also a third fluoroalkylene unit containing three or more carbon atoms, such units being connected to each other through -0-ether bridges, and a process for producing such polyethers by reacting a mixture of a polyperoxidic perfluoropolyether and a fluorinated olephin in the presence of U.V. radiation.
