PURPOSE:To facilitate changing a gear by preventing expansion of the other end portion of an insert spring even if a spline tooth pushes and contracts an engaging convex portion formed on one end portion of the insert spring at the time of shift operation. CONSTITUTION:When a spline tooth 13b of a coupling sleeve 13 pushes and repels an engaging convex portion 101 of an insert spring 100 to move, coupling portions 102 of the insert spring 100 are coupled to each other by a support member 104 having a supporting point at a position off lines connecting respective convex portins 101 to the inside diameter, so that respective coupling portions 102 are entirely brought close to each other centering around the supporting point. Accordingly, the end portion of the coupling portion 102 that is opposite to the moving direction of the coupoing sleeve 13 may not be expanded in the spline tooth 13b direction, and the end portion is separated from the spline tooth 13b so that the insert spring 100 may not be brought into contact with the spline tooth 13b. |
