PURPOSE:To strengthen adhesion between winding conductors, by a method wherein prepreg substance impregnated with thermosetting resin is inserted between winding conductors and the impregnated amount is adjusted to a prescribed value. CONSTITUTION:A winding conductor 5 insulated by an insulator is wound in prescribed turns, and then a prepreg substance 9 impregnated with thermosetting resin of semirigid state is inserted between the winding conductors 5. The inserted portion of the prepreg substance 9 is pressed using a molding tool 4 and heated thereby the winding conductor 5 is fixed integrally and an electric machine winding is obtained. In this case, if resin impregnation amount in the prepreg substance is made at 50-90wt%, sufficient adhesive force between winding conductors is obtained. |
